Chairman (CEO, Timbre Group)

Danny is an entrepreneur / producer / creative / musician. He has been a co-founder and director of Timbre Group since its inception in June 2005 and its CEO since June 2021. Danny also sits on the Board of Directors for one of Singapore’s iconic annual events, Beerfest Asia, and serves as its Creative Director.

Timbre Group has a wide portfolio of lifestyle brands and services spanning Food Park concerts, Hawker Centres, Live Music Bistro and Bar, Music Academy, Artist Management Services, Co-Organiser of Beerfest Asia, and more.

Vice Chairman (CEO, The Black Hole Group)

As commander-in-chief, Mustaffa envisions for The Black Hole Group to be a world class lifestyle movement. He is often recognised as a thought leader not only in the F&B scene, but also amongst entrepreneurs in Singapore. He serves on the board of charity organisation MTFAand the government's REACH advisory panel, and is involved with mentorship at SBF foundation and SMCCI.

Executive Director (CEO, Team Rise & Slashie)

Deon is a teacher / coach / learner / zumba enthusiast, with over 25 years of global experience spanning hospitality, consulting, and education. She has been an educator at SMU Academy since 2017, a firm believer in positive psychology and strength development, her passion resides in teaching and coaching individuals toward self-empowerment and the realisation of their full potential. She is a board advisor for sHERO China, a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women through education and mentorship.

Reconnecting with her roots in the hospitality industry, Deon is thrilled to champion change and make a meaningful impact by serving RESPECT SG.

Member (CCO, The Black Hole Group)

One might suggest that Calvin has a penchant for pain - kickstarting his entrepreneurial journey with a brand activation agency for over 3 years. He later dove into the deep dark world of hospitality with the founding of Shophouse, a boutique hostel in the heritage rich Kampong Glam. With a long blink of the eye, that endeavour has spawned over 14 F&B lifestyle brands in almost 10 years.

A Jason Bourne of sorts, Calvin started out as the The Black Hole Group’s Chief Operating Officer, while dabbling as an avid barista, competent cook and front of house extraordinaire. During the pandemic, he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and helped steady the ship in uncertain times. He currently sits in the ivory tower and occupies the role of Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer.

As someone who fell into the F&B industry, he believes RESPECT SG is the perfect vehicle to hone social behaviours for the community.

Member (General Manager, Timbre Group)

Pauline possesses 27 years of working experience in diverse domains spanning across real estate asset management, marketing and compliance in both private and public sectors.

Currently the Group General Manager of Timbre Group, she’s passionate about the F&B and hospitality industry. She strongly believes that every individual in any organisation is a talent and sees the need to unlock their skillsets and maximise the potential for personal growth and company’s interests.

As one of the pioneers with RESPECT SG, she is committed to drive the purpose and mission to build a better community.
